Joe Biden

Finally!
Joe Biden has opted out to not run for the president as this decision was made as early as today! Joe Biden decides against presidential bid, a big boost to Hillary Clinton!
In the end, Biden said “he simply ran out of time necessary to mount a winning campaign.” Although, he has decided to run for president Biden he has been very influential and been a man in the political spotlight for over 50 years. Moving forward, in my blogs I will be addressing his political experience and his lovely history along with his actions throughout his tenure that many viewed as progress America in his 50-year stint.
^This is the second television ad released by the Draft Biden 2016 Super-PAC, asking Joe Biden to run for President in 2016. Joe Biden was proud to work alongside President Obama to rebuild our economy in the wake of the Great Recession. He and President Obama understood the challenges facing American families because of the struggle their own families had to face earlier in their lives.
Joe Biden “ a job is about a lot more than a pay check. It’s about your dignity. It’s            about respect. It’s about your place in the community. It’s about being able to look your child in he eye and say, ‘honey, its going to be okay,’ and mean it and know its true. You never quit on America and you/we deserve a president who will never quit on you.” Joe is speaking on behalf of his shared beliefs with his running mate and eventual successor Barack Obama. This ad is definitely a positive orientated ad that directly implies that with his beliefs as long as Obama that together they can progress America and make it as best as it can be. This shows tremendous leadership from Biden. This strategy can help form a connection to views and targeting audiences that Barack Obama is a friend who can influence formation of attributions that voters attach to candidates whom they support.

^In "Scranton", Senator Joe Biden talks about growing up in Scranton and the lessons he learned in the lessons he learned in the green ridge neighborhood.

^This is a poster ad from the 1988 election where Joe is also shown with a picture if his family. He remains behind his strong family ties and his white collard lifestyle. Almost every ad evidentially ties in with his family, his beliefs. Even though Joe Biden has opted out of the campaign Joe will still be a credible voice to be heard in the political sphere.

  1. The Biden ads from the 1980's are really great and fun to look at! I know that there is nothing current about his campaign becuase he decided not to run but good job of digging through the archives to find that poster. Biden would have made a great candidate if he decided to run and I wish that he did.

  2. I bet it was a little more difficult to do this when your candidate had dropped out. Good work finding an ad that displays strong family morals. This was a clear ad that Biden had set out and lets people see his intentions.

  3. It's a disadvantage that we have to continue to blog about Biden now that his name is completely taken out of the hat for the 2016 election! Although he's out, I really liked the different advertisements that you shared. The strategies used are influential.
